Treatment of Jewelry
Tingles Company Ltd. produces all its jewelry from very high quality of silver (Sterling Silver) in the most modern manufacturing methods and under the strictest quality inspection standards. To make you enjoy the special piece of jewelry you have purchased, we would like to offer you selection of advice to protect the precious product.
Maintenance of Silver Jewelry
The natural color of the silver metal is silvery-grey. In order to attain the beautiful shine of the jewel, it is advisable to clean the jewel with soft and dry cloth from time to time and remove the oily stains and dirt that got stuck to it.

Maintenance of Pearls
The natural pearls should be well kept, as they originate from an organic material, namely natural, and as such, they are very sensitive to any contact with chemical materials that can affect their look adversely. Thus, any contact of the pearls with chemical materials should be avoided.
We recommend taking off pearl rings when using detergents, taking off pearl jewelry when washing or bathing, and spraying perfume in a fashion that will not come in contact with the pearl.
Also, if the pearl is being stored for most of time, it should be aired out from time to time (even if one does not wear it).
It is advisable to send a pearl necklace for re-threading every two or three years, or whenever it is necessary.
Proper maintenance will lengthen the pearl's life.

How to Avoid Locks Loss?
Naturally, as most of the earrings locks are tiny, they are liable to fall down while taking the earrings off and thus get lost.
We recommend taking the earring off gently, leaning the hand on the table for stability, in full light and not over the sink (because of the drainage holes).
Prevention
As a rule, it is recommended to take off the jewelry while doing the house chores or bathing and washing.
The various home detergents may have an effect on the metal and change its discoloration.
While washing, the water and soap tend to gather in the curves of the jewel or under the gem stone, and consequently dim its appearance.
Wearing jewels while exercising at the gym center may cause metal bending.
