Warranty and Repairs

The warranty period for the jewelry product is 12 month from the purchase day.

During the warranty period, the warranty certificate and/or the bill receipt must be displayed. The warranty will remain valid, provided the jewelry was reasonably handled. The warranty does not cover cases in which the jewelry has been broken, hit, torn or scratched. The warranty is not valid if the jewelry was repaired by someone other than Tingles Silver Ltd. professionals

The warranty does not cover the jewelry cleaning.

Jewelry undergoing any kind of change by the purchaser will not be replaced.

The jewelry can be given for repair at the same sale spot where the jewel was purchased.

Picking up the jewelry from repair will be made at the same sale spot where it was given for repair.

Replacement

Jewelry can be replaced within 14 days from the purchase day only at the sale spot where the jewelry was purchased.

The privilege of replacement is of one time only

The replacement will be made only if no use has been made of the jewelry and also, only with the display of the original replacement receipt/original purchase bill receipt.
